I recently built my computer and the case comes with 6 pre-built fans. Due to limited mobo slots for additional fans it will only run 4 of them. Is this fine? I haven't started using the computer yet, still need to reformat my HDD. I have a custom cpu fan plus my GPU has 3 fans on itself.

My Specs:
i5 6600k 3.5ghz
Radeon 390x
Gigabye h170 mobo
8gb ddr4 ram.
cooler master 103 cpu cooler (i think thats the right number could be wrong but its 100% a cooler master)
Deepcool Kendomen ATX Mid Tower

I just wanna know if it wont casue any overheating. I feel like it shouldn't. I dont intend to SLI or overclock if that's any consideration. It's the two top fans that aren't running.

How many case fan headers are on your motherboard?
If you got each of those 4 fans in one header you can instead use Y-splitter cable to connect 2 fans to one header. This will also ensure that 2 fans at same position will be running at same speed (assuming those fans are identical).
So if you got 2 top fans you connect them to one header, 2 front fans another header, this way you use just 2 fan headers and connect 4 fans. Group only fans in same position (front, rear, side, top) and if they are identical.

To address your concerns, don't worry it won't be overheating. If you just put some intake fan to front and exhaust to rear it will be fine.
