Can 450W PSU with 18A on 12V rails power a GTX 660 / HD 7850 ?

Hi. I'll be getting this small form factor PSU to fit in the Node 202 to power my system:

The PSU + Node 202 bundle is not available in where I stay, so I have to resort to this option.

I'm wondering if 18A on 12V rails (+12V1 - 18A, +12V2 - 18A) is enough a quality PSU to power my system safely?

Each of those 18 amp rails is 216 Watts

Thanks for the help (and the link provided) Didn't knew the HD 7850 consumed power comparable to the 660, despite it needing a minimum 500W supply while the 660 recommends a 450W one.

I think both recommended 20 watt rails, but a good 18 will handle the load which is probably more like 12 - 14 amps .
And system draw will probably be be a little less since processors draw less than they did in 2012
