Gpu usage 100% at 72 degree

I use a msi r7 360 wd amd fx4 having 3.8ghz quad core processor. Recently i am facing a problem of repeated blackouts whenever i play any game. The gpu core is running at 100% with a temperature spike of 72 degree Celsius. Within 15 mins of switching on fallout 4 or gta 5 or any game the cpu heats up nd blacks out even if the cpu is still running, i have tried increasing fan speed at 70%, playing games qt d lowest possible specs, changed the thermal paste too but still no results. Please suggest
