The board & cooler are nowhere near good enough for an 8320 mate - terrible pairing.
If you're set on amd , drop to the 6300 & usexa better board , the ud3p is one of the best.
For gaming there is honestly nothing between the 6300 & 8320.

You're honestly looking at the fx 6300 or the i3-6100 on a $500ish budget.
Mobile based at the mo so can't piece a full build together on the Intel front.
Sure someone will drop a build in for you.
