Good morning,
I was helping my friend set up a raid 0 and reinstall windows on his machine.

after I reinstalled windows I started finding all the drivers I needed, I downloaded the Nvidia Control panel, that automatically downloads the drivers you need.

it recognized that I had a GTX 970. and downloaded the drivers. when it finished. the resolution was fine 1920 X 1080, and the graphics are a lot better from the clean install.. however,
the Graphics and the icons on the computer have little pixels you can see on the edges.

I haven't tried much. But I thought I would check and see if this is common?

The monitor is a 1920 X 1080P IPS 27"
the Card is a GTX 970
I5 Processor
8 G Ram
Asus Maximus VIII gene

if anyone has a good idea it would be much appreciated :) thanks

The issue is likely the fact that your friend decided to get a 27" 1080p monitor :p No reason to get a 27" 1080p, that's when you begin to see the defects in the pixels. I'm running my desktop at college off of my 32" 1080p TV, and I'm seeing the same thing. Unless of course you're talking about artifacts, which I don't have. I can just see the pixelation from how large the screen is.
