Hello everyone.

So, long story short, I had to do a clean reinstall of my OS. After doing so, I noticed that my Steam games, once loaded through Steam, are significantly slower than they were before I reinstalled the OS. For example, loading GTA: V, the loading screen takes 5-7 seconds longer to load than it did before. Also, when loading into online, the transition from the black screen to the "Loading GTA: Online" screen takes 2-3 seconds longer.

I'm not sure what could be the cause but I've narrowed it down:
-Networking issue
-Steam
-Graphics Driver

If anyone could give me tips on how to find out the cause or what they think it might be, please reply.

Go to steam library and delete local content, then go to C/D Drive: Steam>steamapps>common and delete any data of that game that is left, then just simply install the game again

Hello,i suggest you to update your drivers if you haven't did that already and reinstall your steam games, that means cleaning all the information about the game on your drive

Could you please explain this part about reinstalling the Steam games? When you say "clean all the info off the drive", do you mean deleting the local game content or something more?
