looking for help on what part of computer to upgrade

Processor :intel core 2 duo e8200 @2.66GHz
mainboard model P5K-E
memory: two DDR2 2GB
graphics ::nvidia geforce gts450

my question is, and i know i have a bad computer, what would i mainly need to upgrade to get decent fps in game like counter strike global offensive, right now i cap at arround 60-70fps, would like to get arround 150fps,

How much money do you have for this build. If it's around £200, go for an AMD FX 6300 and a 750ti.

i have arround 300 euros yea, question is would AMD FX6300 fit on my mainboard or motherboard, wouldnt want to by a new procesor and cant fit it in

If you have the room to stretch up to around £320, you could get a whole new CPU, motherboard, set of ram and gpu. This is what I recommend.

The 750 ti would suit you pretty good. You won't have to upgrade your PSU. And it is about 100% faster than your current gts 450.
