Okay, I am building a gaming PC for the first time. So I ordered my components online. and was able to run the PC successfully, but there are few wires that are still hanging around, and I cant be sure where I should plug them.

My motherboard is MSI Gaming Z170A M7.

The wires I am unsure about are:
USB 3.0 :

and some unknown ones:

Any help is highly appreciated

Solution
The 1st wire is a sata power connector. Its used to power the case fan headers in the second pic. If all you case fans are attached to the motherboard then you can just tuck these away.

Ohh.. Thanks a lot... Can I put my fan headers in them instead of motherboard? as it will probably be easier to manage the cables that way? Or is it better to connect the fans to the motherboard?

Yes you can put the fan headers here instead of the motherboard. However I would probably leave them on the motherboard. Most motherboards have software that can adjust the speed of the fans on the fly. But if this is not the case for your motherboard, go ahead and attach them to the fan headers.
