So, now I have: FX-8350, HD-6570 and GA-970A-DS3P. Will it be worth it buying a new motherboard with 990FX chipset as long as Zen will already be out? I have upgraded my CPU+MOBO this february (2016) so I won't upgrade both of them next 2-3 years. Maybe after 4 years I would get Zen+ architecture. What do you thing is the most worth it? (don't say go with intel or simple thing like this)

Not worth buying the 990FX board you will not see any sort of performance increase out of it. If everything works fine as is I would leave it alone. Zen will be AM4, it will not work on a 990FX board.

If you want better game performance or something get a better GPU, otherwise there is nothing processor or motherboard wise on the FX platform worth you spending your money on.

Yeah what would or what are you trying to gain if you did updated your motherboard ? Looking at what you posted a new GPU would be good if you play games, or if you haven't already a SSD drive for your OS installation, maybe a better PSU (who knows since you only posted your GPU/CPU/MB).

Going to better GPU would help more than anything, that one is very weak comparing to CPU. Not even Zen or i7 would help that. I'd say an GTX970 or R9 380 would be a good match.
Changing MB would be justified only if you want to OC the shit out of CPU and that will require some fancy cooling.
