Will the amd athlon x4 880k bottleneck with the gtx 970?

If the game isn't CPU intensive, it won't. but if it is, thwn get ready for some really heavy lag spikes.

On some games, I can tell you that without a doubt, it will. On GRID Autosport for instance, a rig I have with an 880k and GTX 970 installed has a max framerate of 100 FPS. That same card in one of my other rigs running an i5 is 50% faster with the exact same settings at a max framerate of 150 FPS with the exact same ULTRA settings at same resolution.
