Hi I just overclocked my i5 4690K to 4.4GHz and its running stable. I've done many tests and its running smooth. The only concern I have is the fact that it goes up to 72-74 degrees under 100%, any recommendations with decreasing that temp without losing OC?
Also does my stuff like Reference clock, voltage and multiplier look fine?

Solution
My CPU goes up to 76°C under full load. (see signature)
On my PC this is not a problem, although any hotter would not be a good idea.
I am running 4.2Ghz with CPU core voltage of 1.09Volts
If you are worried about temperatures, you might be able to run cooler by dropping your CPU core voltage by e.g. 0.05Volts. However, if it becomes unstable you might also have to drop your speed to 4.3GHz

NB, I doubt that the extra fan on your cooler is doing much except making more noise... try unplugging it and see if your temperatures get higher.
