Hi my name is Myko from the phillpines.
Iam trying to upgrade my 8-9 year old pc for my son . please help me with my limited budget and we have only 1 good mircocenter here in the city so parts are also limited to what they sell.

My current budget for this month is 10,000 pesos thats roughly 222 us dollar i think
and by june another 10,000 pesos so a total of 444 us dollar more or less.

[old pc specs]
CPU: core2duo e8400
Mobo: asus P5q Green
Ram : kingston ddr2 4gb
PSU: HEC win 550ab
GPU: Sapphire hd5770 1gb
monitor: Phillips 18.5 1366 x 768
HDD : seagate 500gb 7200.12

Which parts should i buy first? Im not goint to buy a new monitor so im confuse to which parts should i get.. CPU mobo ram or GPU psu casing?

pS. thier psu line up sucks based on what Ive read from reviews so i dont know what to do..

Please help.

Solution
gpu/psu would be more usable now since the psu upgrade may be needed for the cpu upgrade anyway. may as well get that part out of the way first.

this is the best i found at the lowere prices https://tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=39330002 plenty of power for what you're thinking and a quality unit that will last.

another good choice https://tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=39468977

sorry it took so long but took some time to skim a bunch of pages for that one listing that was worth it :)

the i3 build with a gtx 950 would be a great upgrade and a solid machine for gaming and other uses.

as for power supply is there anything other online store you can shop at? you won't need much power for an i3 and 950 but those at the enigma place you linked to are terrible units and not worth having for free. i could offer some ideas but not worth it since i don't know what is available to you outside the US and at what price.

https://tipidpc.com/useritems.php?username=pchub

this store from manila and i think i can order online but the price will jump compare to normal prices. they have wide variety of parts available

So since my budget will be broken in two parts, i cant really buy them all for now

should i upgrade GPU and PSU first or CPU MOBO RAM?

If by any chance you cant open the site.. this is thier line up for PSU.. and sorry for the long post
