These are my PC specs ( i know not the best, or most practical)

CPU: A10 7850k
GPU: GTX 560 TI
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8gb RAM 2133 MHz
Motherboard: A78M-E45 FM2+ socket

I got that 560 TI from my friend and it was working fine for the most part, but i went into the bios to overclock my CPU and things changed. I got the settings changed and everything, but when i exited the bios my PC had to restart. But when it turned back on all of the fans start spinning and everything is running, but my keyboard does not light up, my monitor still has a black screen, and i cannot access the BIOS.

Thanks for the help :)

Solution
Normally, motherboards comes with two pins (non conected between them), to jump it (connect them) and restore a default BIOS settings. You can check it in the manual (or, check this link, i searched it 4u: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/A78M-E45.html#down-manual)

Well..... that was not what i was expecting....
my computer turned on and posted and all.... but it was using the integrated graphics instead of the graphics from the card (i had to move the HDMI to know this)
