Ok this is probably some duh to people, but you do not have enough wattage for your system. I mean if it calculates somewhere close to 550w on pcpartpicker, and you do some overclocking and turn on for long time, the TDP of the system will exceed the 550w amount. So being so close or over the rated TDP of the PSU, it will shorten the life of the PSU. And when it reaches the end of its life, it will not deliver enough power for your components. When that happens, the PSU will overload and shut down to prevent a fire. Get a 650w for that system. 850 for second GPU upgrade.

That seems like that is the problem. Thank you! Should I reset my OC back to normal for now until I get a different PSU?
