Hard to say. The NZXT has slightly better cooling options, especially for water cooling. Also I always prefer the expansion card brackets to be internal. However the Antec has better front USB ports and better drive positioning and cable management. Of the two, I'd say the NZXT is the best for sake of pricing and cooling.

What are you looking for in a case? Do yo need optical drives? Are you going ATX or is MATX an option?

My personal vote goes to the NZXT. I have nothing against Antec but lately NZXT has been producing far superior cases.
