Eh at stock speeds they are nearly equal even though the 5820k has more cores. It because its a lower clock speed. Overall though you overclock the 5820k and have higher results. also later on put a Xeon 18core in if you want and have the money.
Don't forget that CUDA / GPU support is for preview only in Adobe and has no effect on final render times since the CPU does all the work.
