Hello i got an amd a8 7600 with 8gb 2100 ram and the integrated gfx chip cause of the apu.

So my questions is, what can i do to slightly overclock my system.

I know that cpu, gpu and ram are corelated especially in an APU system whos gfx power comes from cpu and ram.

Im not an expert on stuff like that with timings, voltages etc.

So what could i alter?

Cpu clock?
Ram clock?
Ram timings?
GFX engine clock?

Like i said i only aim for slight and save overclock, for testing purposes, but i am not expericned with such clocks and timings and i have no clue what increments are safe and what not, i have no feel for this

I use Asrock a68-hd+ motherboard and of course the standard amd homepage gfx drivers

thx if u can help me

None of those, to OC a non-K amd APU you need to change the CPU bus frequency and lower the DRAM frequency. This is because if you increase that, everything will become overclocked. In other words, increase the VCore as you would for the K versions, while increasing the CPU bus and decreasing anything else that gets affected.

and what is with the Ram timings, like those cl X stuff, and the graphics bus speed in the bios, those 720, can i change those to 750 or even more?

well if i wanna overclock the cpu then via CPU bus, what value is "safe" from 100, 105, 110? and how much must the vcore be raised, if not other stuff has also to be increased besidesvcore?

and can i do anything on an APU system with ram timings, all those cl ratings ras timings etc?

I did first overclock via bus to 110 and did not change anything, i could not boot afterwards cause my screen was black while booting but no graphics output, had to reset jumper to enter bios again
