Hello.
Well, this mostly happens when i'm playing games, not so often when i'm doing any other kind of things, it freezes even in BIOS. It started when i accidentaly hit it with my knee :(, i dont know what could happen, it wasnt a hard hit tho, but that was the first time it frozen, i bought the desktop new 1 week ago.
It just stop working, i cant even cntl + alt + deleteor anything, I have to shut it down by pressing the start button for 5 seconds, it makes a weird noice too after freezing.
Thank you!

Welcome to the community, Jose!

It seems like the desktop is relatively new! You should contact the reseller or the manufacturer's customer support and ask them for assistance. It should still be under warranty, thus you're able to RMA it and get a replacement from them (if needed).
You can start by testing the hardware components without tampering with them physically! If you open the rig, it would void the warranty, so be careful.
I'd also suggest you check the health and SMART status of your HDD using its brand-specific diagnostic tool or a third-party utility alternative .

Hope it helps. Good luck! :)
