I am buying a third monitor to finish my setup and its is the asus 24" monitor(https://www.amazon.ca/VS247H-P-23-6-Inch-Full-HD-LED-Lit-Monitor/dp/B005BZNDS0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1462347468&sr=8-1&keywords=VS247H-P). As seen the ports available for this montor is D-Sub, DVI, and Hdmi. I have one monitor already on hdmi and one on dvi connection. My Graphics card(gtx 780) has a vga port and a display port connection. My question is, can i use a a connector such as this, https://www.amazon.ca/Rankie%C2%AE-Plated-DisplayPort-Adapter-Female/dp/B010SDZZ80/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1462347060&sr=8-2&keywords=display+port+to+hdmi ... and still get the proper image while using this as the connector? Any help it greatly appreciated, feel free to send other links for cables or connectors as I am not sure which one i should use.

PS. Please keep in mind I am in Canada so please keep any links through a Canadian site. Thanks
