How to Share Folder to Some specifiec Users : Windows Server

Hi guys ,
i want to create a folder on windows server 2008 and share it some local users and some domain users . No other can see the shared folder .
Can you please help me how i can share it like share with some user which are not on domain and some are domain . the numbers are 5 users . other user should not see the folder

1. Create a Security Group for the folder
2. Add Security Group to the folder

Note: if folder in question is inheriting permission from a parent folder, you'll have to stop the inheritance first; add the Security Group you are in (or else you'll lock yourself out of the folder's properties); then add the Security Group for the users; and then assign the permission level requested/required/authorized
