I am aware that ping is solely based on the location you are and the one you are trying to ping.
I play CS:GO and League of Legends.I don't mind with League since I get a good 70 ping which is perfect for me.But CS:GO I get around 80-150 (80 being the lowest ever). My mom uses the internet a lot usually watching Youtube videos or having lessons. My question is if I upgrade my DL/UP Speed will it help when she is using it? If I get that 80 ping and my mom starts using the internet it will go up to 130-150.Is it worth upgrading just so I can consistently have that 80 ping (Considering I get that server all the time ofcourse).
The price is only 10 euros more.

Yes almost all DSL connections use a PPOE WAN type to access the internet and that router supports PPOE so it should be just fine for DSL. This thread below discuses it if your interested.

Does your ISP even offer better speeds than that for DSL? Even if they do im not sure if I would recommend you spend anymore money on an upgraded DSL connection. In my opinion your best bet for improving the quality of your internet connection in general and while others are connected is to switch to a cable connection, if you even have an ISP that offers that in your area.

VDSL will provide me with 50 download and 5 upload.Cable is nonexistent here
Could you provide me with a Router ranging from 10-25 euros? My current one is really old and it's one of those cheap ones the ISP gives you.And I need to be able to change the Frequency from 2.4 to 5 ghz because my Wireless headset is 2.4 aswell and it's making it disconnect sometimes

Yeah im not very experienced with DSL so im not sure how much that upgrade will help, however I guess its worth a shot if you can afford it. As for the router this below would do the job its nothing special but its decent for the price. However if you dont already know you may want to contact your ISP some can be annoying about letting people use there own routers especially if you have one of those all in one modem+router things.

Seems like a really good router but it is Single-Band (2.4 ghz).I need a Dual band because my Wireless Headset can have problems sometimes.Could you explain to me what a Modem does? I've never used one and I only use router.I will contact my ISP about using my own router

Thanks for taking the time to find one :)
Will this work optimally with both ADSL and VDSL?

Thanks for all the help you have provided so far :)
The second router you linked me I have some concerns about buying it.After reading some reviews it has problems. I will try and find one on my own but thanks again :)

No problem. I would agree like I said that was literally the cheapest duel band 802.11N router I could find, sometimes you get what you pay for. If you can up your budget to get a bit better of a router I would certainly recommend it. I saw the mixed reviews as well.
