If so then yeah you'll need a new GPU, something like a GT 730 at the bare minimum. I'd recommend a GTX 750ti or gtx 960 if you have the money.

Even if the 960 is a bottleneck, I'd still get it IF you have the money. That way when you upgrade your other computer parts, you can gain more FPS anyways.
