Could be PSU related...

If the power requirements are close to the PSU's rating and the PSU is having some problem then all sorts of strange behavior can occur.

Add up the power load to see how close to 430 watts your system total is to that sum

Any new software, updates, or hardware before the problem started?

First: check that the power cord is secure in the wall outlet and into the PSU.

Shutdown, unplug, and check all power connections and all card seatings. Even if they look okay just gently press to ensure they are tight.

If you can get booted do not do anything other than go into the Event Viewer logs and look for errors. Running "perfmon /rel" via the Run Window (Win key + R key) will also show errors. Look for any error codes that are presented.

Were you able to check the internal connections, card seatings, memory card seatings, and so forth?

And you had Windows 7 or 8 and you upgraded to Windows 10 as a possible fix - correct?

Can you go back to a couple of those "misc...." errors and right-click them for more details?

Need to find some process / service that either attempts a shutdown or a reset. Time would be just before or at the time the computer restarts.

-I had windows 8 and upgraded to 10
-The previous system shutdown at 11:05:23 AM on ‎5/‎3/‎2016 was unexpected.Thats all the information i get,as for the problem it just says windows has not shutdown properly
-i made sure all of the cables were properly connected (also my psu is 500 watts not 430)

Will set aside overloading but that does not eliminate the PSU per se. Could be failing.

Windows would see a power loss as an improper shutdown.

How old is the desktop and the Cossair PSU? The PSU is, in my mind, now the most likely culprit barring other information or some additional errors.

The PSU is around 2 or 3 years old now and is the oldest part of the computer. Also i used to get power outage's all the time back then so your'e probably right
