I've had my PC for a little over two years and the only upgrades have been for ram and graphics. The PSU is a poopy 584 watt power supply that came with the computer.
Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-970a-ud3
CPU: AMD-FX8350
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 970
Ram: 16gigs ADATA 1600Mhz DDR3
Power supply: 584 Watt (forgot the brand, not a good one though)
When I start up a game like GTA5, the game crashes on start. When I start something like Just Cause 3, the whole computer freezes requiring me to reset the computer. But when I start a lower graphics game like Scrap Mechanic, it loads up fine. I think it might be my PSU not providing enough power causing higher power consuming games to crash. What do you guys think? This has only been a recent problem, it started in Windows 7 and is still happening in Windows 10.
