I have always had 100% disk usage problems with my Lenovo ideapad Flex 14. I solved it nearly a year ago, but I haven't used the computer much since then. When I booted it up again recently it had reverted to disk usage spikes which lead to it crashing after 5 minutes. I repeated what I did last year (Refreshing the system). It has helped--the computer doesn't crash anymore-- but the disk usage spikes from a low value up to 100%. I fear it will go back to crashing soon.
Here's my question; can I solve the issue by upgrading to Windows 10? It's currently Windows 8.1. Also, if my computer keeps crashing before I can download it, how can I upgrade?
