What is CF? Is that a Corsair AX760? It can easily handle an overclocked i7 6700K and R9 380X. The Skylake 6700K is easy to cool- the h80i will be fine.

The ax760 is 760 watts.
The R9 380x is 190-200 watts and the cooler power draw is just over 4 watts per the specs I have noted.
However you need to consider and include the expected power demands by other devices on your new build.
Add up the power draws per the expected max load and hopefully you will be well below 760 watts.
There are websites that can walk you through the process.
