Internet explorer reinstall problem

I deleted internet explorer all files from program file, now i wanna to install IE , When i want to go install then i see a notification "internet explorer is running on your computer" install failed.. But now i need to reinstall IE how i will install it please help me! Thanks

that's a bad move to do it like that - to uninstall the latest internet explore its done in window update you not supposed to ''remove'' the built in default ie at all ..

you may now need to do a fresh install of windows or try to run the window disk under it system repair to see if it can ..

one more thing to try to get things back to working is do a system restore -- i''l find a link on how to down grade ie for you then you can reinstall the one you want over default ie

then once you get it fixed just turn it off if you don't want to use it
