I know there are questions out there like this but not custom to me. Anyways I have only a few preferences.
1. It has to be a cosair case.
2. Has to be an AMD gpu and a Intel CPU
3. No overclocking or liquid cooling
4. There has to be an monitor included.
5. Stay with the budget of $1000.
6. Be able to run games like gt a 5 and battlefield games.
7. I want at least a grand of storage space.

Thanks in advance.

Here's mine. I got you a nice monitor and some fast RAM which seems to benefit some games.

over kill considering the motherboard only supports 1 graphics card the future of X-fire is dead with that board and the card only uses 275w at most.
500-550w PSu should be more than sufficient 600w is fine if it's cheaper.

take the savings and apply it toward a faster processor such as the k series or drop down to an i3 at 3.9 ghz. because ghz's matters more in what you are playing as long as it's i-3 dual core or more.

So replace an excellent quality power supply with any number of really poor quality ones.

And that second statement is literally one of the dumbest things I have ever read on here.

Well, if we don't have to include an OS, then I want to re-work my build. It was a tough decision where to use the extra $80. I've switched out the MB which now includes M.2, 7 rear panel USB ports of which two are USB 3.1, and upgraded audio with the ALC1150 codec. The bulk of the money went to a 29 inch 75Hz w-i-d-e-screen 2560 x 1080 IPS monitor. Let me know if you need the promo code. You'll have to add a SSD later.

Maybe an ssd included so I have faster boot time. But yes it looks really good.

I really can't rework it with an SSD and still keep it at $1000 without giving up too much of something else. The MB has gone up just a few dollars as the sale on it ended yesterday. Here is the build with a reliable SSD just a bit over budget.

Drop the monster monitor for one of the ones linked above and you are there,....

Of course that is an option and he could use the monitor I chose for my previous build if he really needs to keep it under $1000. The monitor is the crown jewel of this build however, and its on sale, so I think if he likes it it would be better to just to bust the budget a bit.

You have to use a promo code. PM me if you need one.

The monitor supports Freesync so I should probably have an AMD card in the build.
