Hey, I'm trying to find the absolute best computer I can find for just about this price. If you can, include peripherals (just monitor and OS). I'm going to be using the computer for light gaming, internet browsing, and recording.

Also, if you can, try and make the build Skylake. (i3-6100 or the like)
