I'm running a water pump and I'm stuck with a cpu fan error message

ok I am stuck. so I just got done installing a new water cooling system. the pump is powered via molex connector. I boot up the computer but I get stuck with an error message saying the it is not detecting a cpu fan. I am forced to the bios but I honestly don't know how to tell the computer that I have a cooling system

to be honest, for the most I have heard the the limit on fan headers is 1w but now that you actually asked if my board calls for a limit of 1w I am not entirely sure now. I have a Asus 970 pro gaming aura
