The trojan is cleaned I am very sure. Double checked and cross checked. The trojan had reset many settings.
After the infection it keeps asking me for permission for every program that adds a registry entry when it starts up.
These permissions were revoved by the Trojan/Virus so I could not manually delete the files I guess.
I cleaned it all the virus is gone.
I now installed Eset Smart security(even that would not allow me to write the registry then I used tweaking.com windows repair tool and then I was able to install it)
I have updated it scanned and not viruses.
The windows repair tool fixed a lot of issues except for this one.

I have only one choice to reinstall but want to avoid that
So please help
Thank you

No its not that. Even though after the Trojan attack that was enabled But I again put it back to the lowest level.
Otherwise it would ask me for confirmation everytime a program running wanted to make a registry entry.

After disabling it it still asks me for administrator rights. And a confirm button with the shield comes in and I have to click that. It does delete or modify.
But I have to do this everytime.

If I click on "take ownership"(I have that modification) then it does...
Windows UAC will prevent registry modifications.
Right hand click on regedit and select "Run as administrator", even though you are already logged in with an administrator account.
Alternatively, you can disable UAC but this lowers the security of Windows.

There is a way to do it. I remember the last I had to add that modification was when a windows update changed these settings. that time I was not able to even write anything it did not even give me the "confirm" button like it is now. The permanent fix was to go to Local user policy and grant them all rights.
