Limit wifi usage

Hello guys i would like to limit my wifi usage so my pc takes all the internet.. I know about qos but my router is sh*t and i dont know how to set it up so i was wondering if there is any good program that can help with seting limit to internet usage on devices.. if yes please suggest any good!!

Only thing you can do outside of a router is to setup a proxy server and configure that. The other thing is that if there are other people using the network, they will not be very happy that you are blocking usage for yourself. Talk it over to everyone first or you are likely going to get your computer tossed out the window when everyone else can't do anything online.

If you don't know how to setup a proxy server, get a better router that can be configure bandwidth limits by computer.
