It turns out that the performance of all modern ssd devices is remarkably similar.
Synthetic benchmarks are not representative of what we actually do in a desktop environment.
Why then, do I suggest Samsung evo?
Samsung makes their own controllers and nand chips.
They can do a better job of quality control and validation.
Most others buy the parts to assemble under their own brand name.
Kingston has a 3 year warranty, for example, Samsung is 5 years.

I have a method to pick between equally performing products.
Go to Newegg and find the candidates.
Filter on the reviews by verified buyers.
Then look at what percent of the reviews have zero or one eggs indicating some sort of a problem.
In particular, look at the reasons for a bad...
Very reasonable.
some suggestions:

1. Your parts do not run hot. No need for extra case fans.
2. A better quality and stronger psu will not cost you more. Plan on a future graphics upgrade with a 500-650w psu.
Tier 1-2 on a list such as this:
https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true

Seasonic or XFX will be $55-$60.

3. I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.

I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice. $90 for a 240gb ssd.

the only reason I didn't go with SSD is because I feel like I need more than 192 gb (I heard you need to leave 20% in ssd for durability and speed). I might just download Skype, 2 game (steam) , Some programing stuff, all the drivers, Prime95, Firestrike...I guess that all I need

It is often a bit short sighted in deciding on parts for a starting build.
Parts that make perfect sense initially will often need to be replaced later when an upgrade is warranted.
It is easy to sell a cpu or a graphics card for an upgrade, but harder to get full value out of a ssd/hard drive, ram or psu.

On ram, 8gb is fine unless you will later get into multitasking. Stick with that.
A H110 motherboard will only have two ram slots so a ram upgrade will require replacement, not addition(which is iffy anyway)
I think you are good there.

A 430w psu will have a 6 pin pcie power connector. That is sufficient for an upgrade to a GTX960; a good jump.
Possibly, the upcoming pascal cards will be even more power efficient and allow a stronger upgrade still with a 430w psu,
My suggestion for a psu would be a Antec VP450; $40, but $30 after a rebate.
It is a tier 2B unit

For a possible GTX970 class upgrade, you are looking at $50 500w power supplies.

On the ssd/hard drive question, Your initial needs would be satisfied I think with a 240gb ssd. Yes, the available space will be less, more like 220gb.
But, That is sufficient for a fair number of games.
I am currently using 265gb with a number of games installed, including skyrim, farcry, crisis, FSX, civ 4 & 5. COD and a 16gb photo file.
The problem would come when you needed more.
I had 240gb, and upgraded to 500gb. The Samsung ssd migration utility was easy. I repurposed the 240gb ssd for a laptop.
A 500gb Samsung evo is about $150. They have really dropped in price.
If your budget permits, buy that. Otherwise, 240gb and plan on adding more storage whenever you get short.

Trust me, you will never build again without a ssd for windows.

Your parts are not hot at all.
The included front 120mm fan will do the job.
Try the stock arrangement and see how you do first.
Why add noise and cost when you do not need to?

It is easy to add fans later.
If you ever upgrade to an overclocked cpu or a hot graphics card then, perhaps, you could use more airflow.
I would accomplish that by adding a second 120 or 140mm intake fan in front.
That way all intake air is filtered, keeping your case cleaner.
The air will exit someplace, no added exhaust fans are necessary. At most, a 120 exhaust in the rear would direct the airflow better.

Beware of too much exit fan capability. If they are too strong, they will draw in unfiltered air from other openings.

The Kingston has some 20% 0 or 1 egg reviews.
Check closely, not all will be valid

Most any modern psu will be 80+ or bronze rating. The efficiency is really not a biggie.
Quality and warranty is.

My friend has a Crossair VS450 watt psu and uses a gtx 1070 and i7 6700 and it runs fine, idk why you need a psu with so much power :/
