Hey. I have never built a pc before so I am a bit of a noob at this. What I want to ask is, are my parts compatible with each other and are there any better options for the parts?

Everything looks compatible to me, but if you can hold off for a couple of months, nvidia's new graphics cards are releasing. But for now, everything here is pretty great.
