Bricked my GPU when flashing to another bios. Fix options?

So I can either borrow my friends 750ti and flash it back hopefully. Or I can use the good bios to save it and flash it back with the good bios. I'm a little confused about how I could do the second one. Do I have to use ATIwinflash to flash it back, so is it I change it to the other bios and flash it? Or do you think I can more safely use my friends 750ti , plug it in and flash mine back? I know the risks and I want to be able to unlock voltage. I could save my current bios but how would I backup if I can't display after failing again? So I have to use my friends GPU after all right?
Sry a not rambling but I hope you get my point and can help me.
Cheers to you guys. BTW my card has a bios switch and I am running on the good one. I want to restore my bad one. It's my signature GPU.

Solution
Do you have the original bios file? Use this guide to unbrick it. This does it with another card and it is probably easiest to do so that way.

a gpu bios file is a .rom you should have saved this file from your gpu before flashing using a tool such as gpu-z. If you dont have it, just copy the one from the backup bios and use that to flash onto the other bios. This guide will tell you how to get this file. http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/guide-for-flashing-bios-of-nvidia-gpu.119955/

So here's what I understand
Boot with good bios.
Save the good bios and flip the switch, no restart.
Flash with the he good bios.
Right?

And with a GPU. Use 750ti with pro art display and boot into Windows
Use ATIwinflash to flash the 7970, chosen from the list in the menu with good bios

All with a restart at end

Right?

Yes but you dont want to switch bios when booted, you need to power off, flip the switch, boot with the 750 installed and use that for video, and flash using ati flash. Just make sure that you select to flash the 7970 when flashing so it doesnt try to flash the 750.
