I would get yourself 16Gb instead of 8gb of RAM. That's also a large price range. If we were talking mid 200s, 380x hands down. 200 is a toss up between a 960 and a 380, though the 380 typically does better in benchmarking... If you want to go up to 300, there's entry level 970s there that have much better graphical power, but less VRam at 3.5 gb instead of 4. If you go up to upper 300s, if you can squeeze out and extra $30-40, you can go for an R9 390x, which is better than every single one of those just listed. So, what is the price range you're looking in? Are you willing to increase your budget by ~$40?

I honestly don't think I can increase it 300$ is already pushing it

Well, if $300 is already pushing it, Pascal and Polaris aren't gonna hold anything for you. So, the other option is to wait for them to come out and possibly come out with other budget-line cards, like the 1060/1060ti or 480. But, if you honestly need a GPU right now, I would go get the 380x for the best GPU under $300, or for the best GPU in your absolute budget of $360, go get that XFX card and use the rebate.

yeah my fingers are crossed that prices are reasonable, at the very least sometime before fall/christmass in terms of affordability. im not dropping 500 on a card.

honostly i would wait unless theres an earth shattering reason u must playyyyyy lol

If I had the disposable income, I wouldn't mind dropping $500 on a card. Unfortunately I'm a college student, and if I get a $500 card right now, it's not going to matter, my CPU is already bottlenecking my xfire setup, nevermind a beastly single gpu.
