Unrecognized Graphics Card

My graphics card is no longer being recognized by my PC. The only program that says its name is CPU-Z. My GeForce Experience also won't update my graphics drivers.

It will run, windows will just use the Microsoft generic video drivers, but you wont be able to use it for gpu acceleration so basically you cant play games and use it to render and stuff. It will just be temporarily working so that you can get the proper drivers installed.

A restore point for my PC? Or just for my graphics drivers? Also, can my GPU run without graphics drivers?
