I have recently been trying to network my households computers and have run into a wall. I have one PC running windows 10 and another running XP. They can both see each other fine. Windows 10 computer can also see DirecTV and Xbox 360. My main computer (a netbook which most people would have buried by now - but it's mine and special so don't bash him) can connect to the internet through the router but cannot see any of the other devices. Nor can they see the netbook. I am not sure how to fix this or what the easiest way to go about it is. In the long run I am trying to create a network between the following devices: 2 Windows XP PCs, a Windows 10 PC, the Windows 7 netbook, 2 Macs (they are my moms, I am not sure what kind and will get to them last) along with the xbox, and 3 or four android devices all running Lollipop or Marshmallow. I have another one running jellybean but I am not sure if that is possible to include in such a network. Please help me out guys! Put one computer in front of me and I can teach you whatever you want to know about it - put 5 in front of me and tell me to connect them and it will never happen...
(And I can see the HP printer for some reason, but nothing else)
I also need to know what services need to be enabled to recognize other devices because some of my services have been disabled.

Thanks so much in advance

I feel dumb now. I tried that before and it didn't do anything. The theme I was using made me unable to see the "Save Changes" button so it kept doing nothing for me. So I switched to default theme and enabled it. All is good now so far. It still says it is switched off but it allows me to browse the other systems so I won't really complain about it. I am using a modded version of windows that I just installed. I have a legitimate key for windows 7 so I am not pirating it, but a lot of the functions are pre-disabled to allow for added speed to basic functions. It works well but I am still getting used to the limitations. Thank you for your help!
