I am picking out parts for a friend's PC. I would just like for someone with more expertise in this to maybe give some feedback or possible changes/improvements on the build. To my understanding all the parts are compatible but would like for someone to check that up as well. The budget is around 800€ and this build costs around 750€ in Finland. Also looking for a low cost silent CPU cooler to add. Thank you for advance in assisting me.

what i would do so it easier for him. use a ssd as the boot drive now then when he had the money add a hard drive as a data drive. also in a few days nvidia having there paper launch for there newer pascal. if he has some extra funds go with the newer pascal gpu, on his build if he going to game a lot with it start with a 650w or a good 750w power supply. with a power supply you want a little over head.
