Trying to build my first gaming pc, this is what i have picked so far.
CPU - AMD FX 8350
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 R5
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 950 Dual Windforce
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: FSP Group Berzerker 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Tower: DIYPC Solo-T1-R ATX Mid Tower Case
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Any suggestions to touch it up for maximum gaming potential without upping the price?

*Already bought the Tower*

I do not plan on overclocking whatsoever.
Willing to do future upgrades.
Hopefully building the pc before the end of June 2016, the faster the better.

Thanks in advance!

Looks solid, but I have a few questions about it.
Is the i3 that much more powerful than the fx 8350 or 8320? and why no cpu cooler needed?
Is the upgrade in PSU for future upgrade compatibility?
Is that mobo good enough for upgrading a year from now?
And because theres a 240GB SSD included, i could not get the HDD for now and instead go with a wireless network card http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-wireless-network-card-gcwb867di potentially and still keep the price lower?

Thanks a ton man.

Also I will not be playing many brand new games, Mainly Borderlands 1/2/3 when 3 comes out, CSGO, Minecraft, some other random steam games sometimes

In that case, the build wll be plenty for you and will last a long time as well. I would say that you'd be better saying for a tiny bit longer and get the WiFi card at the same time as the rest of the build, it is easier to do it that way

The i3 has only two cores but those two cores are basically tha same ones you'll find in any other Skylake CPU all the way up to i7 so in games and things that don't use many cores (CS:GO, Borderlands etc.) the i3 will perform much faster despite having fewer cores.

In short: Fx 8350 = lots of slower cores and i3 = fewer much faster cores

The i3 is very low power and comes with a more than capable cooler in the box with it. Intel coolers are much quieter than AMD coolers, and I'm using one with an i3 6300 with no issues at all.

The better PSU is a good idea, its modular to minimise cable clutter inside your case and can handle seriously powerful hardware if you upgrade in the future.

The motherboard can handle any LGA 1151 CPU all the way up to the core i7-6700 so no worries about upgrading.

The SSD vs WiFi trade off is a more personal decision, but if you think you will be ok with 240GB and can buy a Hard drive later then by all means go for an internal WiFi solution.

Ok after a bunch of looking around, this is what i have chosen. I went with AM3+ socket mobo because this mobo has a lot of upgrade capability i believe.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GKskvK

Any way to make this a bit cheaper without losing any of the power it brings? I know i probably should go with intel and the lga 1151 compatible mobo, but i already have the case and mobo.

The AM3+ motherboard is actually more limited in upgrade potential than the intel motherboards as they can't support any of the new CPUs, RAM or storage (m.2 SSDs) and they are stuck with slower PCI-E lanes as well. I would return the motherboard and then go with the build I posted before, to give yourself the best possible outcome
