Low fps on cs go with good pc

Hello. sorry for my bad English
- i recently built a new pc with these specs : Amd fx 8120 oc'd to 4.0ghz / 8gb of ram 1600mhz / mobo is Gigabyte 970A-ds3 / Gpu : Asus r9 270 2GB GDDR5
i thought i will have a nice fps on cs go but it won't pass 160fps avg 170fps
i tried all launch options .. lowered the resolution the settings it stays the same fps in each resolution and each settings
please help !
my friends have worse PCs than mine but they run 200+fps

So what the problem with valve and csgo is update optimization. Wait for them t releases a new update and it should help fix the problem. Often valve updates mess up your game optimization for you and you have to wait for the new update to fix it. Software issue not hardware. Unless the fx 8120 does not have the single threaded performance you need..... Not likely though

I would see if your chip set has the latest drivers by either using the manufactures site, or a program I like to use "Drivepack Solution", I would recommend the offline version for that program.
