Good air cooler for 6700K

What are some good air coolers for the 6700K? I will be overclocking it to maybe 4.7GHz
Price should be around 40-60$
I've been thinking about the cryorig h5 ultimate and Phanteks PH-TC12DX

BOTH are great , I run the Universal , they will perform about the same , Universal with the thinner fan , offers no interference with memory modules , get one of the H5's.

I mean the ultimate is cheaper than the universal where I live and isn't it the better performing one aswell?

Nobody mentions thermalright around here. The thermalright true spirit 140 rev a would be my top choice ($40-50) followed by the macho rev b ($45-55). Also, Be Quiet pure rock is a great budget option @ $35. All of these coolers perform very well and well beyond their price points. The true spirit is probably the best designed air cooler ever.
