Bios not showing up. power supply fan not spinning.

Help building a desktop from scratch. Bios not showing up tried plugging it into the video card or the mother board and the power supply fan is not spinning. the computer will only start up with the video card in it.

i got the fan to work and the desktop to start with and without the video card but now,
when assembled the desktop provides no video output either with or with the video card installed.

b150 pro gaming/ aura mother board, i5 core prepossess, radeon R9 390X video card, evea super nova 650W G2, 2Tb storage, 240GB solid state drive, hope i didnt miss anything in that list inportant this is my very first desktop build.

Test each slot with single RAM module installed (graphics card removed). If still no go, try connecting a case speaker http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/yhst-90432262887525_2272_195731056 to the motherboard.

Thank you so much bios came up installed Windows 10 I hope it will all be fine if I can put my other ram card and graphics card in.

You're welcome.
If a RAM slot not working, then try loosening a bit the CPU cooler. If still the same, it might be a bent pin in the CPU socket.
