Upgraded PC new GPU and CPU Mobo works fine but no signal and power to mouse keyboard ect

So I upgraded my PC and as the title says the mother board works fine. But I do not get any signal to my monitor or usb devices. I changed my psu as I thought it was that I've used my old CPU as I thought the new one was dead but no luck used each ram separately in each slot nothing. I get a one beep once for post but haven't got it again. If anyone can fix it I'll PayPal you a tenner. Also checked the check list.

do you have power connected to your video card? Is the 12V aux power connected to the motherboard? have you tried reseating your video card? did you use the motherboard standoffs? I would suggest reseating your RAM but it sounds like you already tried that.

Yep plugged the 8 pin power connector the GPU fans spins and has White light. Used standoffs and also bread boarded it ( I think it's called that) still the same problem and I've taken the card out and put it back and also tried it in another slot. I got it to work once but when installing the drivers for it it crashed and can't work again changed the psu to the 650 one as I thought it was that.

If your USB devices are not working, that's either a power issue or a motherboard issue. The 8350 is also picky as to what motherboard it works well on, the one you got is not one of those. Look for a 990FX based motherboard. Test the video card in another system to rule that out as an issue.

thanks for the reply I'll have a look at the motherboards howler as stated in my question I swapped but to me old processor also I managed to get it to work once and when instal,info the drivers for the gtx it crashed and now this has happened the psu seems to be fine unfortunately I can't test it in another system. Returning it will be my last resort as it will be very hard to do.
