Nzxt kraken x61/ original phantom

Do I need 2 or just one?

Hey bumping this, I bought the adapters but it still doesn't work. The fans end up hitting my motherboard. Any other ideas before I just try and sell my kraken

I did. But I can only get screws into one side so it didn't feel secure. The problem is those adapters kinda stick out a bit too... I tried reversing,them but that didn't work. Or is that how it's supposed to be? Just half way screwed in? And the fans felt like they wouldn't fit either. Maybe I have something installed wrong. I feel silly lol. Here is my entire set up.
