Yea, the 580 was a top of the line card, back in the day. The 750ti is a fairly low end card. My 780ti, for instance, is about on par, to slightly better than, a GTX 970. That is the one good thing about high end cards, they tend to last longer. A GTX 950 isn't a huge price jump, vs a 750ti, but is a good amount faster. Price/performance wise, it is a pretty solid card.
