How to recover deleted folder from recycle bins?

I tried programs like Recuva and Data Recovery, but there has been no success.
I had over 400 photography photos in a folder that I deleted by accident when I was removing pointless files from a folder and organising them.

It took me a while to find out that I was one folder less since after I emptied the recycle bin multiple times before finding out. Is there another way to regain those files back?

I know there are multiple threads about this, but I wasn't at this point if its possible to get the files back or not after, what I did.

if the recovery programs are not working, then the files are gone :(

once they get deleted the space is free to be used for something else. all the moving around and such you did more than likely wrote over the data with other stuff. the data recovery programs generally find whatever can be found and if they turn up nothing, then sadly, you're just out of luck.

They're not necessarily gone, but if the software programs you've tried, and that USAFret has suggested don't work, it's time for professional recovery if your data is worth the potential cost. Call DriveSavers (www.drivesavers.com) and they'll give you a quote over the phone and a free evaluation. Try the software first, but don't give up if it's important enough.
