Custom Liquid Cooling CPU and GPU...what to buy?

I am planning on custom cooling my PC and I was wondering, because I hear it is best to mix products because some are better than others, what would be a good list of products for a liquid cooled Intel i7 5960X and a single Titan X (12G-P4-2992-KR) GPU?

I want a fairly large reservoir because I eventually want a second Titan X to bridge. Budget is NOT a problem. Please help. I have done a lot of research but with all these forums and peoples recommendations varying widely in range, i am lost. Is someone thinks they can help me even and talk singularly through email, feel free.

1| Prior to asking for a suggestion of parts have you figured out what sort of components you'd like in your loop?
2| How about the TDP that your loop is going to handle as well as the overclock that you want to do?
3| Have you gone through the watercooling sticky(linked in my sig)?
4| Budget can and will be an issue as there are parts that go well over 500USD for a handful of items.

Those questions need to be answered by you since you'll be maintaining your loop and eventually it's performance much like how you need to know how to drive a car if you'd want to drive a car. That being said, a you can come up with a shortlisted itinerary which you can shoot us for a revision or guidance.

You also didn't mention how you're going to house the watercooling+computing components...? We could suggest getting Alphacool NexXos Monsta sized radiators but they are bound to encounter clearance issues.
