Full Config: PC: ASUS Desktop
CPU: AMD A10 7800 (3.5Ghz/ 3.9-4.0Ghz Overclocked)
RAM: DDR3 8GB
HDD: 1TB
GPU: R7 250 Integrated Graphics
PSU: EVGA 430 Watt(The battery I just replaced with the EVGA was an off brand Chinese piece of junk. It was a 350 watt hba005)
Motherboard: a68bm-a/m32BF/DP (Essentially the M32BF)

Update: It is running faster now that it has been on and has had everything booted up.*

Solution
Well, this is not normal, especially since you changed to a better, more powerful PSU.
I am gonna guess that the PSU is feeding the CPU the required power.
It might have something to do with the fact that it was a pre-built PC.

EDIT: Well, that's good to hear. I am glad the problem is non-existent.

Ugh yea man I was getting slightly worried but its ok now. In fact it is running so much smoother and faster. I am very happy I bought this PSU. I am definitely going to need it since my GTX 750 ti is coming in. I plan to sell that in the near future with that crap battery so I can upgrade to a gtx 950 or 960. I hope this battery will suffice these changes!

If you are planning to upgrade to a 950 from 750ti, better get the 950 right now, it's $30 more than the 750ti, not worth to upgrade to 950 from 750ti.
