(HELP DECIDE) Dell 15 3542 DOS (Lotiude Sliver) or Dell 15 3542 Windows 8.1 (Red) Specs

Hello!
I'm confused between two laptops
They are same both are Dell 3542
But the only difference is:
The first one which is Lotiude sliver color specs: (as shown on the online store which I will buy it from)
Intel core i7 4510U 2.0 GHZ up top 3.1 GHZ
8Gb Ram
1Tb HDD
2Gb Nvidia GeForce GPU ( I did some researches on Google and the only thing I found is 840M)
OS: DOS
Second one which is Red color specs:
Intel core i7 4510U 2.0 GHZ up top 3.1 GHZ
8Gb RAM
1Tb HDD
2Gb dedicated graphics VGA ( what iam afraid of that it may be another GPU then 840M ( which is minimal i need) but I did some researches on Google and it turned out that it's the same model as the sliver once which is 840M but not 100% sure)
OS:Windows 8 ( I'm afraid that isn't activated version as they have both same price)
So my questions are:
Should I get the Red once with Windows 8.1 which I'm not sure that GPU is 840M nor the Windows 8.1 is activated or not as they are the same prices exactly which makes me think that the Windows version on the Red once aren't activated
Or should I get the Lotuide Sliver once which I'm sure it has 840M from researches and has DOS operating system ( it has 1.8% chance that it will come with Windows installed on it as description is written by another seller I think)

It's difficult to tell if they could be the same, with maybe just a typo or something in the description of the silver one. If you're okay with the red one that's probably the one I'd go for since they cost the same amount and you definitely get Windows as the operating system with that one (and as Windows is worth like £80 that sounds pretty good).

Just out of interest, who would you buy the laptop from? As you're so unsure about what components the laptops contain is it really such a good idea to buy either of them from this person? Why don't you try and find one from a good source that actually makes it clear what the components are, instead of pretty much taking a gamble and hoping that everything will be okay.

Okay I'm now sure 100% it's 840M cause there is only one 3542 model with i7 4510U and GPU 8gB ram and 1tb HDD from Dell
and GPU which is 840m both has dedicated GPU which is 840M I think
Gotta get the red one with Windows instead of sliver once with DOS
But could it be the same specs even with different color variant?
